Before starting the project, one of our Project Managers will visit and assess the site, resulting in an estimate being provided to the owner. During construction, we are responsible for schedule managing, day to day oversight of the construction site, project management and administrative support, along with keeping the communication between the general contractor and all involved parties open and clear throughout the course of the project. At project completion, we provide the owner with all closeout material, including warranties, manuals and as builts.
