After serving in Vietnam in the United States Army, Tom began a career in the construction industry in 1972 with the Del E. Webb Corporation. Leaving Webb in 1980 as Manager of Commercial Operations, Tom took a position with The Wray Company, a commercial contractor and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weyerhauser. He remained with The Wray Company as Vice President until 1990 when he founded Chestnut Construction Corporation in Tucson.

Pat started his career in the construction industry in 1974 as a carpenter in the commercial and residential fields. After thirty-five years in construction, Pat has advanced through the ranks from Carpenter, to Supervisor, to Project Manager, and on to become a Vice President and Principal of Chestnut Construction.

After graduating from the University of Arizona in Civil Engineering in 1971, Bob has spent his entire 40 year career in the commercial construction industry in Tucson. Working for only four local firms, he has worked in various capacities including Estimator, Project Manager, and Vice President and Principal of Chestnut Construction.
