Founded in 1990, Chestnut Construction is one of the largest and most respected general contracting firms in Southern Arizona. Working primarily within the private sector for local and national developers, medical institutions, religious organizations, individual business owners and commercial real estate professionals, we have grown our business from an annual sales volume in 1990 of less than one million dollars to as much as $82 million per year.

It is our goal to develop a strong safety culture and delivering safety performance that is achieved by having dedicated and engaged leadership working with a committed and skilled workforce.
- Our Superintendents are 30-Hour OSHA and CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.
- All Superintendents have completed the Supervisory Training Program presented by the Associated General Contractors of America.
- All Project Managers regularly attend project delivery seminars and available workshops.
